1 General Introduction

• Use an active mobile number or email address that belongs to you.
• Keep your account password strong — at least 8 characters, combining numbers and special characters.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account.
• We may request a copy of your national ID or passport for verification purposes.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity that occurs on their account.

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

77fbc currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Each transaction has a specified minimum and maximum amount, which can be found on the platform's payment page.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200 (subject to change).

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, the stake will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, your session will remain active on the server for 30 seconds.

• Creating or verifying an account using a false identity or forged documents.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Any funds legitimately held in your wallet at the time of closure are generally refunded; however, funds may be forfeited in cases of rule violations. If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team.

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee may apply after 12 months of inactivity, deducted from the wallet balance. Simply logging in is sufficient to reactivate your account.
